Today I decided to go with a “romantic”, soft look on the eyes. Being inspired by my new Too Faced Romantic Palette, I thought I would give it a shot! I’m still very new to eyeshadow application, I’ve always been a liner & mascara kind of girl so bare with me if the application isn’t top notch!
First off, I think every colour in this palette is gorgeous! I decided to go with the “Day” collection which consists of Soulmates – a shimmering champagne with almost a duo-chrome of pink, I Do – a natural taupe, and Un-veil – a dark chocolate brown. I used Soulmates all over the lid, then contoured the socket line with I Do, finally I touched a little bit Un-Veil in the outer corner and blended them all together. I finished with Dalton Gel Liner in Minx ( black brown) and Dalton Mascara in black.
I think the effect is very soft and I like it a lot! It’s definitely a day time look but you could darken it with more Un-Veil for night. I’m absolutely in love with Soulmates, it would look amazing on it’s own as well.
