“Another eyeliner post?”, you say? Yes. Another eyeliner post, why? Because I love eyeliner and there are some amazing formulas out there lately that I just must share! This is Dalton Cream Eyeliner and it’s in the colour Emerald. I have light green eyes with random spots of brown in them and I’ve been obsessed with green eyeliner lately! I know like colours aren’t supposed to compliment each other but I feel like these greens really do bring out my eye colour and they are a great everyday change from black.
These smart little eyeliners come housed in a mirrored compact along with an air tight lid to keep them from ever drying out (ingenious!). I have 6 of these and literally wear them 5 days a week. The colours are amazing and the wear and application is top notch!
As I said, green is my new eyeliner love! This one is called Emerald but it comes across much more forest/olive to me, especially when applied to eyes. This formula is super creamy but firm enough to get a sharp line. It doesn’t crease or wear off throughout the day (even on my oily lids) and most have a soft, shimmery finish.
You can see a bit of gold shimmer in this one, which is why I think it does such a great job of bringing out green and hazel eyes! The shimmer is almost undetectable but adds a sort of multidimensional finish as opposed to a matte liner.
I love coloured eyeliner that can be worn during the day time, not too bright and not too bold but still different than black or brown. This is a great option. I even layer it over black sometimes when I just want a hint of colour to brighten my eyes but don’t want a noticeable change. Oh, and I almost forgot! The brush is just as ingenious as the creme liners with it’s tilting head! You can use it as a straight liner brush or tilt it at different angles to get what works perfectly for you!

This product was sent to me for consideration – although I had already bought (and loved!) one with my own money. All opinions are my own, as always!
